24Hr Cover For Maintenance Contract Customers

We provide a normal office hours Mon – Fri repair service to alarm systems. Even if you are a new customer to us we can repair most types of Alarm system, CCTV, Fire alarm etc and provide replacement parts even when your system was installed by another company or person.

When you book a repair with us

  • Let us know any makes or model No. of the system or control panel
  • We will give you our callout including 1/2 hour labour cost.
  • We offer a specific time in most occasions for your booking of an engineer to attend.
  • We don’t charge a callout to return to complete the repair works in the event further parts are required.
  • We have set prices for a No of common faults or replacements.
  • Any parts we replace come with 1 years minimum Guarantee.

Maintenance Cover

We offer maintenance cover for systems we have installed as well as if you transfer from another company.

All Maintenance contracts are subject to your system being to a minimum standard which we will ascertain by booking you in and an engineer checking your system.

All systems we have installed come with Comprehensive Maintenance cover as standard. ( Parts, Labour, Callouts, Out of hours Callouts, Servicing and Technical support cover )

Systems we have taken over from another company receive Basic Maintenance cover. (Labour, Callouts, Out of hours Callouts, Servicing and Technical support cover )
