( COVID -19 ) update 24.3.20

Due to recent events, the scheduled service visits and installations will not be able to be carried out due to current government guidelines. This is to ensure our staff and customers safety.

Currently we are operating an emergency service only.

If we are required to attend in an emergency, we have advised staff to wash hands before and after any visit and wear gloves. We do NOT need you to sign job sheets. We will keep our distance and carry out the repair as quickly as possible.

We are asking customers to contact us if their alarm service is now due.

We can advise if service timers need to be reset and if batteries are likely to be required and therefore avoid problems with your alarm.

Direct Debit customers will continue to be covered automatically.

If you pay annually, then you can pay for your maintenance over the phone to maintain cover on your system. You can then have the maintenance carried out later.

We will do our very best to support our customers at this difficult time.
